Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Style Three Bean Salad

1/2 cups red beans, canned
1/2 cups cannellini beans, canned
1/2 cups black beans, canned
1 cup corn kernels
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/4 cups canola oil
1/2 cups Salsa
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 cups chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Style Three Bean Salad

Drain and rinse each can of beans (there should be 1 can each of the beans), put in large bowl. Drain and rinse corn kernels, add to bowl. Chop green onions, dice red, green and orange bell peppers and add to corn and beans in bowl. Mix together Salsa, oil, ground cumin, whisk and pour over beans, onions, peppers in bowl, stir thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add snipped fresh cilantro, stir again and chill.
