Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Slaw

1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 oz Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Vinegar balsamic
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/2 tsp Salt
1 serving Ground Cumin
2 clove Garlic
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1/2 large Onions
1/2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Slaw

Coarsly grate cabbage, thinly slice peppers and onion. Mix dressing ingredients (also add 1/4 teas oregano and 1/4 black pepper). Combine all and chill for at least 30 min.
