1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small Onions
2 oz Vinegar Wine White
59 grams Cilantro leaves
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Salad

Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Cover and chill before serving. Add the cayenne pepper to taste.
