Add grilled chicken, chipotle ranch dressing, salsa, and tortilla chips for a very yummy summer salad.

Recipe Ingredients for southwestern salad

1/4 lbs cabbage, shredded
1/2 lbs iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 1/4 cups corn
1 1/4 cups black beans

Recipe Directions for southwestern salad

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add chicken, ranch dressing, salsa and tortilla strips for a main dish summer salad. Toss with Pomegranate Lime Dressing for a side salad.
