Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Pot Roast

8 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
32 oz Beef, Chuck, Arm Pot Roast
16 oz Carrots
1 oz Rogers All Purpose Flour
16 oz Old El Paso Salsa Thick N Chunky Make Mine Medium

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Pot Roast

  1. Spray 3.5 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add potatoes. Trim excess fat from beef; place over potatoes. Arrange carrots around beef. Sprinkle with flour. Pour salsa over all ingredients.

  2. Cover; cook on low heat setting 8-10 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.

  3. Remove beef from cooker; plcae on cutting board. Using 2 forks, pull beef into serving pieces. To serve, spoon cooking juices over meat and vegetables.
