Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Popcorn Shrimp Wraps

20 oz Shrimp, frozen
2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 cup red pepper
1 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 chipotle pepper
1/4 cup adobo sauce
8 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Popcorn Shrimp Wraps

Prepare the shrimp according to package directions. Stir mayonnaise and chipotle pepper in adobo sauce in a large bowl. Add the cooked shrimp, corn, red pepper and green onions. Toss to coat. Spoon shrimp mixture on tortilla wrap with some shredded lettuce and serve immediately.
