Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Omelette

2 egg whites
1 egg
1 tbsp skim milk
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried cilantro
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Omelette

  1. Combine egg, egg whites, milk, and seasoning. Beat well.

  2. Pour egg mixture into small nonstick pan. Cook over medium heat.

  3. Once egg sets, flip the omelette.

  4. Add salsa and cheese on top of one-half of the omelette.

  5. Once the egg cooks through, fold the other half of the egg over the salsa and cheese.
