Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern grilled chicken salad w/ tomatoe and black beans

8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, frozen
0.5 tbsp Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Pure Cane Sugar
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
0.5 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
1.25 tsp Salt
3 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.2 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Cilantro
2 packet (0.5 oz) Honey, Strained Or Extracted
15 oz Black Beans
4 oz Tomatoes
9 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Butterhead
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
0.25 cup Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried

Recipe Directions for Southwestern grilled chicken salad w/ tomatoe and black beans

  1. In a small bowl: combine the chili powder, brown sugar, coriander, cumin, and 3/4 tsp salt. Rub some of the mix over the butterflied chicken not all of it.

  3. combine olive oil, lime juice, 1 tbs of cilantro, honey, 1/2 tsp of salt, few grinds of pepper (whisk or shake well)

  4. combine black beans, tomatoes, remaining cilantro ( leave a few sprigs of cilantro for garnish, a pinch of salt. Add 2 tbs of the dressing and toss gently.

  5. Add lettuce, avocados
