Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Crab Salad

4 oz Chicken of the Sea Canned Fancy Crabmeat
6 oz Baby Spinach Salad (1 bag)
3/4 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow (from can)
3/4 cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 Avocados
1/2 cup Black Beans (canned)
2 wedge yields Lime Juice
1/2 cup, sliced Red Bell Peppers

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Crab Salad

  1. Cut 1/2 avacado into cubes and put into bowl; mix with ranch dressing and lime juice

  2. Combine spinach, rinsed and drained corn, drained black beans, sliced red peppers and shredded carrots in a large bowl

  3. Top with crab meat (drained)

  4. Cover with avocado dressing and mix!
