329 g southwestern style corn
212 1/2 g fajita chicken breast strips
7 1/2 g green onion
1 tbsp country crock shedd's spread

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Corn and rice with chicken

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to the package directions.

  2. 2. Get the bag of Tyson fajita chicken breast strips, and cut them into smaller pieces.

  3. 3. Chop up the green onion.

  4. 4. Warm up a little butter in a non-stick skillet.

  5. 5. Once the rice is cooked, dump everything into the skillet and sautee until slightly browned.
