Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern chicken soup

14 1/2 oz black beans
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
4 oz diced green chilies
16 oz frozen corn kernels
6 oz red bell pepper
6 oz green bell pepper
1 onion chopped
16 oz skinless boneless chicken
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Southwestern chicken soup

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook for 6 hours on low heat. Serve over broken tortilla chips and top with grated Monterey Jack Cheese
