Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Chicken Salad

6 ounces Chicken Strips (southwestern spiced)
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 (6-ounces) sun-dried tomatoes
1 (8-ounces) sliced almonds
10 ounce black beans
16 ounce Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup cilantro
1 cup cheese, pepper jack, shredded

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Chicken Salad

  1. Chop chicken, celery, onion and cilantro. Blend together in a mixing bowl.

  2. Place tomatoes in hot tap water to soften up-about 30 minutes. When ready, chop, and add to mixing bowl.

  3. Add beans, almonds and cheese to the mixing bowl. Stir well.

  4. Add enough dressing to moisten the mixture to a "creamy" state. Refrigerate to allow the mixture to blend together.
