1 cups Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular
2 scallions, chopped,steamed
2 tbs lemon pepper, steamed
2 chicken breast
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs lemon pepper
1 yellow onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for southwestern chicken and rice and scallions.

  1. steam 2 cups rice with 2 chopped scallions and 2 tbs. lemon pepper

  2. pan fry with 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil, chopped chicken with 2 tbs. southwestern style seasoning and yellow onion chopped.

  3. place chicken and yellow onions on top of rice.
