Really Good! Chicken, Rice, Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Chicken

4 lbs. chicken, skin removed
2 cups green peppers
2 cups onion
1 cup chili peppers
3 cups rice
8 cups water
6 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp lime juice
15 ounces tomatoes
2 cups tomatoes
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Chicken

  1. Fry vegetables in canola oil and take out of pan when done.

  2. Fry chicken in the same pan until browned.

  3. Add vegetables.

  4. Put in 2 cups of water.

  5. Add the spices.

  6. When chicken is completely cooked take out of the pot and shred.

  7. Add the rice and the rest of the water.

  8. When the rice is done it is ready.
