Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Chicken

14 1/2 ounce diced tomatos
14 ounces raw chicken breast
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/4 ounce banana peppers
3 3/4 ounce diced onion

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Chicken

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat pan over medium/high heat with olive oil. Add chicken and sear. Turn chicken after brown on one side, throw in chopped onion and garlic. Sprinkle cumin, chili powder and cayenne liberally over top. Add tomoatoes and chopped banana pepper. When chicken is cooked through, remove from pan. Continue to simmer tomato mixter over low. Shred chicken, add back to pan and simmer for 3 more minutes.
