Chili recipe from the chili cook-off at work - if have Tastefully simple dried garlic & chili powder use that. I used 3/4 cup of the dried chopped onion.

Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Chicken Chili

2 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
43 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
30 oz kidney beans
15 oz black beans
1 cup onion, chopped
14 oz frozen corn, thawed
2 jalepeno peppers, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
4 tbs chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
3 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Chicken Chili

  1. brown chicken breast in olive oil

  2. combine cooked chicken with all other ingrediants in slow cooker

  3. simmer for several hours
