Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Black Bean Salad

1/2 cup Black Beans
9 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
246 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 fruit without skin and seeds(173 g) Avocados
0.25 large Onions
1/4 cup chopped(25 g) Scallions
1 lime yields Lime Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 serving, raw Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Black Bean Salad

Combine beans, corn, tomato, onion, scallion, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix with lime juice and olive oil. Marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes. Add avocado before serving.
