Easiest salad ever..Delicious and filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern black bean salad

15 oz Black Beans Canned
2 Serving Corn
4 Medium Tomatoes
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
2 serving, raw Cilantro
1/3 cup sliced Jalapeno Pepper
1 fruit (2" dia) Limes
2 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 medium Red Bell Pepper
2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Southwestern black bean salad

In large bowl empty 1 can of rinsed black beans, shuck 2 ears of corn and cut kernels off, dice 4 tomatoes, chop red onion, cilantro and jalapeno (without seeds). Toss in juice from 1 lime, salt, pepper and a couple dashes of hot sauce (I use Chalula). Mix together taste and add salt or hot sauce if needed. Easiest and pretty healthy and delicious recipe...enjoy!
