Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Beef and Lentil Stew

2 pounds lean beef
3 tablespoons flour
14 ounces diced canned tomatoes
1 cup lentils
1/2 cups soy sauce
1 3/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Beef and Lentil Stew

Cut beef into cubes. Mix meat with the flour in the crockpot. Add tomatoes, lentils, soy sauce and water. Stir. Turn crockpot to low and cook 6-8 hours. Can servie with warm tortillas and jalapenos.
