Recipe Ingredients for Southwestern Bean Salad

430 grams Garbanzo Beans

340 grams Petite White Corn
0.25 cup Lime Juice
3 tbsp Omega-3 with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Light Buttery Spread
1 serving VIGO BALSAMIC VINEGAR
100 grams Cilantro
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Southwestern Bean Salad

  1. Rinse beans and mix with corn and cilantro in large bowl.

  2. Mix all other ingredients in small bowl.

  3. Add to bean mix and still well.

  4. Chill at least 8 hours.
