Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Venison Stew

2 pounds venison steak
18 ounces Tomatoes
10 ounces Stewed Tomatoes, Mexican Recipe
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 pounds potatoes
2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Southwest Venison Stew

  1. Brown meat and then stew slowly with water and onion and bell pepper all day long in the crock pot.

  2. Pour beef and seasoning mixture into large pan and dd tomatoes, mild rotel or stewed tomatoes and cubed potatoes.

  3. Cook on stove top on medium heat, until potatoes are done.
