I am trying to copy the Kashi dinner southwest chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Turkey and Kashi Casserole

1 T olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups Kashi 7 grain pilaf, cooked
1 cup turkey, cooked
14 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
14 oz. rotel tomatoes
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t chili powder
1 t dried cilantro
1 t brown sugar
4 oz. chopped green chilies
8 oz. frozen corn

Recipe Directions for Southwest Turkey and Kashi Casserole

Saute onion, garlic, carrots, and mushrooms in olive oil. Throw in the rest of the ingredients and simmer until warm.
