Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Turkey Burgers

16 oz ground turkey
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c red onion - chopped
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
1/2 small red pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Southwest Turkey Burgers

Combine turkey meat, garlic, onion, thyme, parsley, pepper , cumin and hot sauce. Divide mixture into 4 equal mounds and form into patties. Cook in skillet over medium high heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
