Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Slaw

1 c. red cabbage, shredded
1 c. cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 med. yellow onion
2 tbsp safflower oil
1/8 c. vinegar, red wine
4 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
15 ounce corn

Recipe Directions for Southwest Slaw

  1. heat oil in pan

  2. saute onion

  3. add cabbages to pan

  4. saute to soft but crisp

  5. add corn to pan & heat to warm

  6. add red wine vinegar

  7. stir to coat evenly

  8. add cilantro
