Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Salad

4 romaine leaves
1 tomatoe, plum
1 tbs slivered almonds
1/8 avocado
1 tbs soybeans
1 oz queso fresco
1 black bean burger
1 tbs salad dressing (caesar)

Recipe Directions for Southwest Salad

Chop up the romaine lettuce, plum tomatoe, queso fresco, avocado, and the black bean burger (I use the spicy morningstar brand). Toss in soybeans (shelled edammame) and almonds and coat with caesar dressing.
