2.333 oz Juice
2.33 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
2 oz Cilantro
1 cup Quinoa
0.5 grams Ground Cumin
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 oz Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Southwest Quinoa Salad

cook quinoa as desired. dice all whole veg and cilantro. whisk lemon juice, oil, cilantro, and a pinch of S&P. mix all three phases and other ingredients. chill. enjoy.
