Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Pork Chops in a Crockpot

3 1/2 lbs pork chops
15 1/2 oz pinto beans, canned chili beans
1 1/4 cup salsa
1 cup corn
4 cup rice, cooked seperately

Recipe Directions for Southwest Pork Chops in a Crockpot

  1. In a five-six quart crock pot place pork chops, chili beans, corn and salsa.

  2. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.

  3. Serve over hot rice.
