Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Pasta Skillet

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup, chopped Onions
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
11 oz Mexicorn
10 oz Cooking Creme
3 oz Rotini Dry
4 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Southwest Pasta Skillet

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook and stir chicken and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat for 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is done.

  2. Add tomatoes (drained), corn (drained), and cooking creme; cook and stir 3 minutes.

  3. Add cooked pasta and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  4. Top with remaining shredded cheese. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand until cheese is melted.
