0.25 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.75 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 fl oz Lime Juice
4 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth

  1. Combine turkey, egg whites, oatmeal, and shape 16 meatballs.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil.
