Tasty lettuce wraps that are very easy and good for you.

Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Lettuce Wraps

1 pound chicken, boiled
3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup orange bell pepper, diced
1 habanero pepper, diced
2 cups lettuce

Recipe Directions for Southwest Lettuce Wraps

  1. Boil chicken until it falls apart. Shred it and place between two fry pans.

  2. Separate lettuce leafs from a head of lettuce. Cut off the bottom to seperate the leafs easier.

  3. Chop and or dice 1 orange bell pepper (seeded) and 2 habanero peppers. Distribute evenly between two pans.

  4. Add chipotle salsa.

  5. Cook for ten minutes or until it tastes good.

  6. Wrap in lettuce leaf and enjoy.
