unbelievably great kabobs! Perfect in the summer.

Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Kabobs

1/2 c lime juice
2 tbs olive oil
4 garlic cloves
8 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 lb venison

Recipe Directions for Southwest Kabobs

  1. Place the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, and salt in a closed jar. shake until well mixed.

  2. Cut the venison into 2 inch cubes and marinade in sauce for 1/2 hour.

  3. Thread meat onto skewers.

  4. Lightly coat a grill with nonstick cooking spray, heat, and grill the venison until done.
