great for taco salad or dip for chips...super easy preparation

Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Crock Pot Chicken

24 oz chicken breasts, frozen
12 oz black beans
12 oz white beans
2 cups salsa

Recipe Directions for Southwest Crock Pot Chicken

  1. place the 4 frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.

  2. dump both cans of beans and salsa on top of the frozen chicken.

  3. turn the crock pot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

  4. take the chicken breasts out and shred them. return to crock pot.

  5. use for dip or taco salad, or eat plain for a yummy thick stew! surprisingly, it's great hot or cold!
