Raw food chip. Very tasty. Do not add salt, natural salts will come out in the dehydration process.

Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Corn Chips - RAW

2 cups corn, frozen or fresh
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Southwest Corn Chips - RAW

  1. using a food processor, process with s blade until ground.

  2. Add in spices and mix blend well.

  3. Spread thin on dehydrator sheet and dry overnight. remove from sheet, flip and place on plastic sheet. Dehydrate for 8 hours until very crisp.
