Recipe Ingredients for Southwest chicken soup

1 1/4 lbs chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
58 oz chicken broth
16 oz frozen corn
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
4 oz green chilies
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Southwest chicken soup

Saute chicken until lightly browned. Transfer to slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 - 8 hours.
