Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Chicken

4 chicken breast
1 cup salsa
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning mix
2 cups water
2 cups minute rice
15 oz black beans
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Southwest Chicken

  1. Bring chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, and water to a boil in large skillet.

  2. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Stir in rice and beans.

  4. Cover and cook on low 5 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
