Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Chicken & Bean Wraps

1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
24 grams Seasoning Mix
15 oz Light Red Kidney Beans
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 onion Yellow Onion
2 serving 2% Milk Mexican Cheese, Shredded (Food Club)
4 serving Mission Whole3 Wheat Tortillas, medium

Recipe Directions for Southwest Chicken & Bean Wraps

Chop the chicken, peppers, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Brown the chicken. When the outsides of the chicken pieces are cooked, add the onion and pepper pieces to the skillet. Drain and rinse the beans. Once the onions start to turn translucent, add the beans and the seasoning to the skillet. Cover for about 5 minutes. Prepare the tortillas according to package directions (the microwave version). Once the mixture in the skillet and the tortillas are heated, divide the cheese amongst the 4 tortillas, then divide the skillet mixture as well. This goes great with low-fat sour cream and/or guacamole!
