I love Mexican. But from the fat in the refried beans and sodium from the seasonings, it's just not healthy. So this is my way to cheat!

Recipe Ingredients for Southwest Burrito Filling

20 oz Everyday Turkey
15 oz Black Beans
16 oz Newman's Own Black Bean

Recipe Directions for Southwest Burrito Filling

Brown the ground turkey in a teflon skillet. Drain liquid from black beans. Add to browned turkey. Cook for about 1 minutes. Then add jar of salsa to the mixture. Cook until hot. Then fill whole wheat or low carb tortilla. And top with cheese.
