Recipe Ingredients for Southwest black bean salad

1 cup DRAINED Black Beans, Canned
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup, cubes Avocados
0.5 cup, chopped Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
28 grams Peppers, Jalapeno
56 7/10 grams Cilantro
1 oz Juice
1 serving Ground Red Pepper Spice
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Southwest black bean salad

drain and rinse black beans. In bowl combine beans with corn, chopped onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and diced avocado, and finely chopped cilantro. Add juice of one lime, 1 tbs olive oil, sea salt and red pepper to taste. Serve as a side dish or as a relish.
