Recipe Ingredients for Southern Style Green Beans (Pressure Cooker)

24 oz Beans, Snap, Green
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Southern Style Green Beans (Pressure Cooker)

  1. Wash beans (approx 1.5 pounds) & snap into 1-in long pieces

  2. Saute onion in oil until almost done, add garlic

  3. Place onion, garlic, & beans in pressure cooker and add salt (or Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning) & water

  4. Cook in pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes
