Recipe Ingredients for Southern Style Deviled Eggs

6 large eggs, 3 tbl light olive oil mayo, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/4 tbl salt, 1/2 tbl pepper

Recipe Directions for Southern Style Deviled Eggs

boil 2 qts water, add salt to water. Boil eggs for 15 mins, remove eggs, peel and cut in half length wise, put egg yokes aside. Mash egg yokes with a fork, add mayo, add mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add mixture into the cavity of the egg whites. Chill, and enjoy.
