12 oz Cajun Style Andouille
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1.5 cup, diced Celery
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
14.5 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
14.5 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans (50% Less Sodium)
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Southern Sausage Beans and Rice

chop vegetables. Saute onion in olive oil. Add vegetables when onion soft. Chop sausage. Add to stew. Cook for at least 30 minutes.
