3 oz bacon, thick cut
2 large eggs
130 g bread, challah

Recipe Directions for Southern Fried Camp Breakfast

  1. cook the bacon over low heat until crispy (20-30 min). remove the bacon, but retain the grease.

  2. chop up challah bread into large chunks. place chunks in pan and cook over medium heat until browned (5 min). flip the chunks and then add the eggs cooking for another 5 min.

  3. serve and enjoy!!!
