Recipe Ingredients for Southern Coleslaw

1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
16 ounces of shredded coleslaw mix
1/4 cup lime juice

Recipe Directions for Southern Coleslaw

  1. Place the tomato in a large bowl

  2. Season with salt and pepper

  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and lime juice

  4. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving
