Adapted from a weight watchers sloppy joe recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Southern BBQ Chili

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 small Onions
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 clove Garlic
1 serving Ground Cumin
0.25 oz Quality Spices Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
8 oz raw Ground Breast of Chicken
1.5 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 cup Ketchup
4 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
1 oz Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Southern BBQ Chili

  1. Heat oil in a large pot. Saute veggies until softened.

  2. Stir in dry spices, after veggies are coated add meat. As meat's cooking be sure to break it apart.

  3. Add beans. and remaining ingredients.

  4. Let simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened and meat is cooked through.
