Recipe Ingredients for south western mac and cheese

8 serving Elbow Macaroni
16 oz Chunky Salsa
16 oz Salsa Con Queso
2 cup Cheese
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for south western mac and cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 2 qt baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to pkg; drain well. In same pot, combine remaining ingredients, except 1 C cheese, stirring occasionall till cheese melts. Stir in pasta; transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until hot, bubbly, and cheese is melted - about 20 - 30 minutes - Brown under broiler, if desired.
