Spaghetti Squash Cassarole-sweet and spicy (not in a hot way)

Recipe Ingredients for south western cassarole

8 cups spaghetti squash
2 1/2 cups black beans
1 cup salsa
3 oz cheese
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for south western cassarole

  1. Cut the squash in half and roast in water for 45 mins at 375

  2. scoop out inside and combine other ingredients and top with cheese

  3. bake until cooked through
