1/2 cup red onion, minced
1/3 cup Mango, Pineapple, Passion Fruit Preserves (Nob Hill)
1/4 cup red bell pepper, minces
1 1/2 tsp. Carribean jerk seasoning

Recipe Directions for South Seas Turkey Burgers

  1. Combine turkey, onion, preserves, bell pepper, and jerk seasoning.

  2. Shape into four patties.

  3. Cook patties on George Forman grill.

  4. Serve with bun, lettuce, tomato, ketchup.
