1 medium onion chopped
1 tomato large, chopped
4 oz can green chilies, drained
4 1/2 oz chopped olives
15 oz yellow hominy
15 1/2 oz black beans
1 salt and pepper to taste

  1. Saute onions; add other ingredients until heated.

  2. If desired, add garlic, greek seasoning, cumin, chili power and black pepper (to taste)
