20 oz ground turkey
6 oz tomato paste
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 c egg whites

Recipe Directions for South Beach Turkey Loaf

  1. Simmer 1/3 c red wine, italian seasoning and tomato paste

  2. Combine turkey, egg whites, and oatmeal in large bowl

  3. Add 1/2 cup of sauce

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  5. Add rest of sauce to top

  6. Bake 15 more minutes

  7. Let sit and serve
