1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup eggbeaters
3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
1 dash tabasco

Recipe Directions for South Beach Spinich Quiche cups

  1. Thaw spinach completely and drain, cook 3 minutes

  2. Mix all ingrediants

  3. Spray 12 muffins cups or papers with pam

  4. Bake at 350 about 20 to 25 minutes until knife comes clean
